BODY MEASUREMENTS
POL clothing size chart
These are body measurements, not the measurements of a finished garment. The centimeter values are conversions of the inch values. Available sizes vary by product — check the size listed on the product page.
How to measure: Measure around the fullest part of your bust and hips and around the narrowest part of your natural waist. Compare those body measurements with the chart, then check the fit information for the individual product.

Sizing note: International sizes marked with an asterisk are approximate equivalents and are not supplied directly by POL Clothing. When the regional size and body measurements suggest different sizes, use your bust, waist and hip measurements as the better starting point.
These are body measurements, not finished-garment measurements. POL’s product-level “Specs/Dimensions” describe an individual garment and may not identify the reference size or measurement method.
Available sizes vary by style. The XS and XL rows do not mean that every POL Clothing product is offered in those sizes.
A GOOD FIT STARTS HERE
How to measure
Measure with light clothing or close to your body. Stand naturally and keep the tape parallel to the floor.
Bust
Bring the tape around the fullest part of your bust. Keep it level across your back and parallel to the floor.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, above your navel. Keep the tape comfortably snug — not pulled tight.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, usually about 8–9 inches below your natural waist.
If a product does not list the measurements you need, contact us for help with that specific style before ordering.

Compare waist and hip measurements. Check the product page for construction cues — relaxed, drawstring, or knit waistbands can affect how the size feels through the hips.
One-size styles
One size is not a guaranteed fit for every body. Look at product page details if they are missing — ask us about the specific piece.
Body size versus garment size
The chart shows body measurements like POL's "SpecDimensions" describe an individual garment. Some POL designs show measurements without specifying which size was measured or whether it was measured flat. Do not use those numbers as a full size chart unless POL confirms the reference size and measuring method.

What if my measurements fall between sizes?
Compare your measurements to the closest size. If you are between sizes, consider the style — a relaxed fit can absorb a half size up, while a closer-fitting piece may not. When in doubt, send us the product name and your measurements for a recommendation.
What if I usually shop in UK, EU, or AU sizes?
We only show US women's sizing with the chart above. Regional dress size conversions vary by brand and store, so your measurements are a reliable starting point. Use the chart to find your US size and check the product's specific fit notes.
Are POL's product dimensions body measurements?
No. "SpecDimensions" on a POL product listing are measurements of that garment, not your body. Some POL styles show one set of dimensions without stating which size was measured or whether it was laid flat. Use the body chart above as your guide and treat product dimensions as a secondary reference only.
