Return Window

  • United States: 30 days from the date of delivery
  • International (Canada, UK, Singapore, and Global-e countries): 21 days from the date of delivery
  • European Union: 14-day statutory cooling-off period applies (see EU section below)

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale items and items purchased with a discount code
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition
  • Items returned without tags or original packaging
  • Perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care goods

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused, with all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

US customers can submit a return request directly from their account — no need to email us first:

  1. Sign in to your BellanBlue account
  2. Select the order you'd like to return
  3. Follow the prompts to submit your return request

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you'll receive next steps by email. If you don't have an account or need additional help, contact us at support@bellanblue.com.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • United States: Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost. Alternatively, you may arrange your own return shipment using the carrier of your choice.
  • International orders: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@bellanblue.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures the item you want stays in stock for you.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. This statutory right is in addition to our standard return policy.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@bellanblue.com.
