What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return window?

US customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery. International customers have 21 days from delivery, while eligible European Union orders include a 14-day statutory cooling-off period.

Are US returns free?

Yes. Once an eligible US return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost. International customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

How do I start a return?

Sign in to your BellanBlue account, select the order you want to return, and follow the prompts to submit your request. Once approved, we'll email you the next steps. Please do not send an item back before receiving return authorization.

Can I exchange an item for another size?

The fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order for the size you want. This helps you secure the replacement before it sells out.

Which items are final sale?

Sale items, purchases made using a discount code, gift cards, and items that have been worn, washed, returned without tags, or are no longer in their original condition cannot be returned or exchanged.

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether it was approved. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within seven business days. Your bank may need additional time to post the credit.

Discounts & Promotions

How do I apply a discount code?

Enter your discount code at checkout in the "Discount code" field and click Apply. Only one discount code can be applied per order.

Can I use a discount code on sale items?

No. Discount codes cannot be applied to sale items or items already marked down. This exclusion will be noted at checkout if a code is not eligible.

Can I stack multiple discount codes?

Only one discount code can be used per order. However, our automatic free shipping discount applies automatically and does not require a code.

I have a welcome discount — how do I use it?

Add your items to the cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your code in the discount field before completing your purchase. Welcome codes are valid on full-price items only.

My discount code isn't working — what should I do?

Double-check that the code is entered exactly as provided (codes are case-sensitive), that your cart contains eligible full-price items, and that the code hasn't expired. If you're still having trouble, contact us at support@bellanblue.com.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@bellanblue.com immediately with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to make it right.

Are my payment details secure?

Yes. BellanBlue uses Shopify's secure checkout and supports trusted payment methods including major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more. BellanBlue does not directly store your full payment-card details.

How can I contact BellanBlue?

How do I choose the right size?

Because fit can vary by brand and style, check the product description and our Size Guide before ordering. The guide includes brand-specific recommendations for POL, Easel, Bluevelvet, BiBi, Risen, KanCan, and Threaded Pear.

What if I'm between sizes or still unsure?

We're happy to help. Contact us with the product name and your usual size or measurements, and we'll help you choose the best fit before you order.

Are your styles true to size?

Fit varies by item. Some BellanBlue styles are intentionally relaxed or oversized, while others have a more fitted or structured silhouette. Look for fit notes on the product page and consult the appropriate brand guide for the most accurate recommendation.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! US orders of $65 or more qualify for free shipping. Orders under $65 are charged $5.99–$10.99, depending on package weight. Your exact shipping cost will be shown before checkout.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Most US orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After shipment, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. We'll email your tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information. You can also sign in to your BellanBlue account and select your order to view its latest status.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Singapore, and many other countries. Available carriers, rates, and estimated delivery times will appear at checkout. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days after shipment.

Will I have to pay duties or taxes on an international order?

For countries supported by Global-e, duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so there are no surprise charges at delivery. Customers in other destinations may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.
