Our Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

- Full-price items in original, unworn condition
- Items with original tags attached
- Exchanges for a different size or color of the same style
Final Sale — Not Eligible for Return
- Sale and discounted items marked "Final Sale"
- Intimates, bodysuits, and accessories
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your item.
- International orders may take 10–14 business days to process once received.
- You'll get an email confirmation as soon as your refund or exchange has been completed.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Use the "Start a Return or Exchange" button below to submit your request. Once approved, you'll receive instructions and a return shipping address within 1–2 business days.
Can I exchange for a completely different style?
At this time, exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color. For a different style, we recommend returning your item for store credit and placing a new order.
Do you offer free return shipping?
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?
We're so sorry! Please email us at hello@bellanblue.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right immediately.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 2–3 business days), your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. US orders are refunded within 5–7 business days. International orders may take 10–14 business days to process once received. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.
Can I return a Poshmark purchase?
Purchases made through Poshmark are subject to Poshmark's own return policy. Please initiate any return requests directly through the Poshmark app.

Ship
Pack your item securely and ship it to the address provided in your approval email. Keep your tracking number!
Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund or ship your exchange. Easy as that.
